Spicy Garlic Broccoli

Ingredients:

1 lb (450g) broccoli florets
2 tablespoons Naughty Audie
1/2 lemon
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon honey
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 teaspoon of Olive oil (optional)
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the broccoli florets and cook for about 2-3 minutes until they are crisp-tender. Drain and set aside.

  2. Heat Naughty Audie in a large skillet or wok over low-medium heat.

  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

  4. Add the cooked broccoli florets to the skillet and stir-fry for an additional 1-2 minutes.

  5. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, red pepper flakes (if using), lemon, salt, and pepper.

  6. Pour the sauce over the broccoli and toss to coat well.

  7. Continue cooking for another minute or until the sauce has thickened slightly.

  8. Remove from heat and serve as a side dish.

  9. Drizzle olive oil on before serving (optional)
