Spicy Garlic Shrimp Stir Fry

Ingredients:

1 lb (450g) shrimp, peeled and deveined
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 cup broccoli florets
2 tablespoons Naughty Audie
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon of cilantro
1 lemon (garnish)
1 tablespoon cornstarch
Salt and pepper, to taste
Cooked rice, for serving

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, cornstarch, salt, and pepper. Set aside.

  2. Lightly heat Naughty Audie in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

  3. Add minced garlic and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

  4. Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until they turn pink and are cooked through about 2-3 minutes.

  5. Add bell pepper and broccoli florets to the skillet and stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes until vegetables are crisp-tender.

  6. Pour the soy sauce mixture over the shrimp and vegetables. Stir well to coat everything evenly.

  7. Continue cooking for another 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.

  8. Remove from heat and serve the stir-fry over cooked rice.

  9. Garnish with cilantro, lemons, and additional Naughty Audie, if desired.
